So today I went to my CFC-Youths Chapter Assembly right before i came back home to waterloo, honestly my heart lit up so much. It always brings me great joy being around them. Even though only 30 or so of us showed up it was blessed nonetheless. It was good to see some new faces from the camp we just had and some old familiar faces too. Our chapter is somewhat getting noticeably smaller cause of the huge age gap and because a lot of people have been busy with school considering a huge chunk is graduating this year. It was good to see the younger generation, the new generation of brampton. How open they are to receiving God’s love in their lives triggers some nostalgic moments from when I was around their age. I remember the first few months from when i joined the community I was at such a high taking in everything that was taught to me and just learning more and more. Now that i’ve gotten a little bit older and have been in the community for quite a while its safe to say it gets harder, especially with spiritual warfare and dry spells that last quite a while. Even until now im still learning more and more, because well learning never ends.I guess where im getting at with this is that I hope that when those moments come for them that i’ll be able to do my part to help them get through just like what others in the community have done for me and are continuing to do for me. I mean were a family and we should all do our part to uplift each other when those times come. A Family that prays together stays together.
